What age do you teach?
I teach individuals age 18+.
How much do you charge?
Advanced booking:- Trial lesson: FREE
– Pre-course test: £10.
– Courses: £20 per lesson. Courses are cheaper when booked in bundles.

What are your terms and conditions?
How long are the lessons?
Lessons are 1 hour.
Where do you teach?
Online.
Do you set homework?
Yes as it is the time when you practice your writing skills so that the lessons themselves are more focussed on interaction.
Do you teach groups or only one to one?
One to one.
How often will I be charged?
In advance of the lesson/s or course/s.
How do I pay?
Payment is accepted online via bank transfer.
Can I have a trial lesson first?
Yes, trial lessons are free.
Can I have a trial lesson without doing the pre-course test?
Yes
Do I have to take the pre-course test? Even if I tell you what level I am?
Yes because it gives me a detailed understanding of your English language skills.
What is your cancellation, rescheduling and refund policy?
Lessons can be postponed or rescheduled at least seven days in advance of booked appointment time. Lessons cannot be cancelled except in exceptional circumstances.

What is your privacy and confidentiality policy?
All lessons are confidential unless any information disclosed involves acting against the law or the health and safety of either the individual concerned or others.

How and when will I receive my certificate?
Certificates will be emailed to the student when they have passed the end of course test.
Do I have to pay to receive a certificate?
No, all certificates are free of charge.
